Avalon Place takes really good care of its residents. The staff at Avalon Place are very nice. The staff at Avalon Place gave extraordinary care to residents. The therapy staff along with the nursing staff exceeded expectations. Avalon Place is an excellent place for senior citizens. The staff were courteous, professional and efficient in helping residents get back on their feet.
The reviewer was very disappointed with the nursing home. The quality of service was inconsistent and unreliable. Many staff members seemed untrained or unprofessional, and the overall care did not meet expectations. The food was poor, and the staff appeared to be covering up deeper issues with smiles.
