The facility is the most unprofessional, terrible facility imaginable. This place is filthy, unorganized and short staffed. Abington seemed understaffed and the nurses were not available to help, causing delays and poor communication about care. They don't deserve even one star; a family member was left in soiled underwear because staff did not have time to help. The food was horrible and the meals did not meet basic dietary needs. The staff were rude and useless, with little accountability or follow-up. RUN from this place - one patient developed sepsis and died after not receiving basic care like baths, toothbrushes, or timely PT. The room was awful, with peeling wallpaper and overall neglect. The rehab/ billing changes were mishandled; plans were not followed and care was inconsistent.
