The staff was professional and nice. It was a welcoming environment, and the reviewer would return if needed. The administrator is very hands-on and accessible, and the staff are friendly and compassionate. The dementia unit and wound care team are great. It is a nice nursing home. The administrator, Julie, and the leadership team were awesome and very helpful. The location is great, with a beautiful, well-kept outdoor area for residents. If you need a place that will care for a loved one as if they were family, this is the place. The customer service was great, and the nurses and CNAs were very helpful.
The service is horrible, with the patient waiting on a gurney for a half hour while staff misgendered them.
