The admin office, nursing, and CNAs were great from day one. The physical therapy staff were terrific. They loved it there for the 20 days. Aloha Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kaneohe is wonderful to work with; the staff are amazing and they truly care about residents and the community. They would not hesitate to send their family and clients there; Aloha Nursing is awesome. The center is very good, with attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and good meals. The staff are excellent and gracious, and the facility is first-class.
The staff at the rehab center ignored him a lot. They weren't stretching him at all despite his mobility issues. After leaving the center, his legs were pretty much locked together. The staff were horrible and not doing what they were supposed to do. No one would answer his calls or come when needed, sometimes for an hour.
