The staff care from the heart. They take the time to explain the care to residents. Jenn pushes residents to the max and helps them get back on their feet. The care at the facility is great, and the nurses and CNAs are kind and helpful. The nurses, CNAs, office staff, administrator, and kitchen staff are very kind and attentive. Beth Ray makes visits welcoming and delightful. The care provided is exceptional.
The facility is dirty and does not care about its patients; staff are rude, lie, and do not follow through. The director was very rude and disrespectful. The place needs to be closed down; it is dirty, nasty, and not welcoming; the administrator doesn't know what he is doing and is running the place into the ground. The facility has caused serious harm to a resident's mother, who developed stage 4 pressure sores, UTI, E. coli infection, dehydration, and malnutrition, nearly dying.
