These places is amazing thanks to the workers lovely. Excellent group of caretakers provided quality care to my dad and showed compassion every day. All the staff & management were very good to us. Awesome caregivers and administrative staff! This facility is a staple in our small community and the staff works hard to provide quality care! They had a very good annual state/federal inspection during May 2022. I heard it was the best inspection in their history. Today (Friday), the staff were having a nice food and games social in the dining room; they do this on most Fridays and I think it is one reason why they have a close team that works well together.
The staff lie all the time and never do what they are asked to do. The facility is horrible, and the administrator is rude and unprofessional. A nurse treated a family member with rude, disrespectful, and yelling behavior. The facility allegedly allowed a worker to give the grandmother COVID and kept her in the facility four days before transferring her to the hospital where she arrived unresponsive.
