Their kindness and professionalism make a big impact in the day-to-day experience at the facility. Justin Manley showed excellent patient services during my inpatient stay at Avata at Rosewood. The director of patient experience is always approachable, professional, and caring. He always tries his hardest to make the residents feel like family and that they are heard. The love and respect that the staff shows residents is amazing. The staff are awesome, and it feels like the residents are part of a family. Wonderful staff that really cares for their residents. Rosewood did pet therapy and my grandma loved it. This facility was very nice, especially for the price; they treated my grandmother with the utmost respect. This place is a diamond in the rough. I'm currently a resident at Rosewood and the care is excellent and everyone is courteous and polite. The nurses are awesome and the food is good.
