• The staff did not see the fall and did not even notify us or provide proper information for the ER staff.
• Clearly a very hazardous facility that doesn't care about their patients or well-being.
• It just torn my heart inside out to come home to the place I was born and raised, to see the mother who raised me in such a terrible state.
• My siblings and I changed my mother several times. This is not acceptable for a facility that is supposedly in the business of facilitating the patient's rehabilitation process.
• Interestingly enough her doctor (at St. Vincent's Hospital) never found one [infection].
• There was an occasion upon which I was told that there was not enough staff to facilitate the care needed.
