The newly remodeled rehab is very beautiful, with a recently updated gym and a great staff. Sanel and the housekeeping team keep rooms spotless and clean. The Northbank Nursing Staff provide exemplary care, with wound care services described as outstanding - the best in Jacksonville. Northbank Rehab is a clean and friendly facility. The facility is beautiful with great staff and exceptional customer service. The entire staff is consistently attentive from check-in through the nursing staff. Northbank's therapy and nursing teams helped a relative reach her goals, including a patient who could walk out of the facility. The 3rd-floor day room looks good.
The place is an absolute nightmare and needs to be investigated. The staff is incredibly rude and not helpful at all. They rarely check on the residents. My grandmother fell and was left bleeding for hours before anyone helped her. The water in the room was boiling hot, with no options for cold. It's filthy everywhere you look.
