The facility was very clean and well-maintained. There were plenty of good activities available for residents. Most of the staff members were kind and supportive, especially during the daytime shifts. Overall, the facility offers a pleasant environment for residents.
Some of the staff was really mean, particularly a nighttime CNA who was cruel to a resident. The CNA called the resident a nasty lesbian and yelled at her regularly. The CNA berated the resident on a nightly basis.
