X-ray, CT scans, and other tests were quick and performed with friendly, welcoming staff.
The billing department provided horrible service. The doctor didn’t even check the child, and the $100 copay for only vital signs was ridiculous. The doctor on call in the ER delivered a horrible experience and wouldn’t listen to patients, telling them to see another specialist. There was no room available, and the patient was treated in a chair in the hallway. After the four-car accident, they were not tended to, forced to wait in the waiting area, and given minimal care (only an X-ray of the knee, no concussion check).
