The facility is updated and everyone seems happy. This place is nice inside and they are remodeling in the front. The room has a great view and my uncle enjoys it. He likes the salads and really likes some of the nurses. It’s quiet a lot and he’s bored but he’s doing good.
The facility was poorly managed and not good people. They claimed no responsibility for missing money and medication. The staff was horrible, with no communication and took terrible care of the patients. The rehab center was negligent in their care, resulting in a death. Employees were forced to work with Covid, causing harm to the patients. There was a lack of communication and poor quality food at the facility. Las Fuentes Care Center provided horrible service and completed paperwork in advance.
