Jose did a great job. Fauniel was polite, professional and friendly! Dillon did a very good job. He was friendly, professional, and meticulous. JOSE IS THE BEST MAINTENANCE MAN I HAVE EVER KNOWN. HE IS POLITE, CURTEOUS AND DOES A FANTASTIC JOB AT KEEPING OUR APARTMENTS FIXTURES AND APPLICANCES IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. The Vintage at Richland is wonderful. The apartments here are beautiful. The building is well-maintained, clean, and cared for. The grounds are well kept, so all in all a lovely place to live.
