They treat the elderly very well, the service is excellent, and the food is prepared with the best chefs. Their therapy is perfect, they treat them with a lot of love, and they look happy on their faces. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The apartments are nice sized with lots of closet space, and the ongoing upgrades are a real plus for the residents. The mom has lived in Park Plaza for the past five years, appreciating all that it has to offer; wonderful, conscientious staff, attentive management, excellent programming, and a wide range of activities. The new addition makes the place look a lot more elegant and modern, and the residents seem happy. Nice and friendly place. Modern, Clean and Caring. Great staff.
The new director, Hillel, is unprofessional and incompetent. New management is urgently needed. The management dismisses residents' complaints and blames it on the population. The staff do not care about what the residents have to say. The executive director never responds and tries to control everything residents do or where they go.
