Candy Chapman went above and beyond during the move-in process, making the resident feel safe and comfortable. Renata and the staff were very helpful with all move-in arrangements, and the view was beautiful. The service and care from the staff were stellar. Ingleside is considered a great place for seniors, with friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are a good size with plenty of closet space, and residents enjoy the community. The property is great, and residents love the social activities and events. There are many on-site activities, including theater performances, concerts, bingo, Bible study, Wii bowling, and more. The dining area is nice and the theater is lovely. The facility is clean and well taken care of, with a helpful, caring staff. For the cost, the service is pretty good and offers solid value.
The quality and quantity of the food has really gone downhill and they do not honor special senior dietary needs anymore. The whole place is infested with bed bugs. Management could care less about seniors or their needs. The kitchen and dining areas are infested with roaches and mice with an occasional rat. This place is by far the worst retirement place and needs to be shut down.
