The staff is amazing at Heritage Muskego. John was helpful in getting their dad settled in and was very personable. Carolyn, the Activity Director, went out of her way to include dad in his favorite activities. Cory on the memory floor took dad under her wing and made him feel at home. Adriana in Memory Care gave dad extra loving care and shows true heart in her work. The live entertainment they bring in is great. The facility has a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful home, with caring and thoughtful staff. Under new leadership, Heritage Muskego is doing a wonderful job providing care to residents. Emily is awesome and understanding; she's easy to talk to and answers questions.
