The staff at Rock Haven was wonderful, responsive, and caring. They couldn't have been happier with the care she received. The building is beautiful and the staff are attentive and caring. The staff treats him with compassion. The caregivers are wonderful. Rock Haven is an awesome, caring facility with very caring staff. The activities department is especially caring. The food is good and offers a variety of choices.
Administration was very rude and unprofessional; not recommended. The staff are overworked and sometimes can't be found. Laundry is a huge problem; clothes go missing. His clothes go missing and he ends up wearing stuff that is not his. He isn't always groomed as well as we would like (shaved, hair combed, fingernails trimmed). There is a nurse there named Laurie who is extremely rude to patients and family. Management is really bad; they fire you if you don't take vaccines.Rock Haven in Janesville is best suited for families seeking long-term, person-centered care delivered in a warm, home-like environment.
