Rukiya is easy to work with, very nice, and kind. The desk attendant is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about the tenants. Kathleen has made a huge improvement; she's organized and gets things done. The home is great; the neighbors are wonderful; the management is excellent. Kathy is an excellent manager. Management, Kathy and Kyler, do a great job at keeping the property well-maintained. Residents are quiet, respectful, and glad to help each other; a very nice community for seniors. Kathy Rhodes is a hard-working, trustworthy, and honest community director committed to keeping Vintage at Arlington in ship-shape condition. The staff are friendly and the building is well cared for and always clean. The location is really pretty; it overlooks the lake and there is a lot of wildlife.
