The facility is associated with Franklin County Rehab Center, which is also a great place. The residents looked content and smiled as visitors walked through. Holiday House has recently done renovations and is really beautiful, a great place to have your loved one cared for. Overall, the facility was described as a pleasant place.
There was a very tense atmosphere upon arrival, with arguing heard in what seemed to be the office. There was a smell of urine, and the facility did not seem very clean.
