Dennis and his team do a fantastic job. They are so loving and caring and will bend over backwards to help make sure their loved one is cared for. The staff at the Beehive Home in Payson wasn't perfect but they were wonderful, always willing to answer questions and try to accommodate needs. The house manager, Michelle, went above and beyond. Beehive is a wonderful home. The staff is awesome. Beehive Homes of Payson is owned and managed by a very qualified and caring couple. Their staff is exceptional. They work diligently providing quality care to the residents. The meals are well prepared and appetizing.
A drawer in the resident's room contained someone else's clothes and bras. The staff promised to reinstall the bathroom door but did not until prompted. The resident was left sitting in soiled briefs and without clean underwear for two days. They promised to shower the resident but did not shower them for over a week. They failed to supervise properly; the resident left the facility for over an hour and walked a mile in 100-degree weather. They used dangerous wheeled dining chairs that caused the resident to fall and possibly suffer two brain bleeds. They charged $2,362 for five days and allegedly had hidden fees. The facility smelled bad and felt like a sauna.
