The owner Jill refuses to pay what was already worked for. The facility has gone downhill fast and cannot keep staff. The staff that remain have no training to care for the elderly. There is a huge disconnect between the directors and the caregivers; the caregivers are not trained, do not practice hand washing, show zero compassion, and sometimes refuse to answer pagers.
