The staff do a wonderful job and make residents feel appreciated. Ms Janice is the nicest lady you could ever meet. Ms Mary is sweet and very hands-on in her department. Ms Maggie has a happy glow about herself. Mr James is very helpful. Mr David keeps things looking good. The staff are friendly and seem to genuinely care about residents. The location is excellent, with a bus stop in front of the property and a mall nearby. The programs give residents a sense of independence while providing support for daily needs.
