The facility is wonderful. The entire staff is caring and compassionate. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Administrator Megan has created an outstanding environment for residents, families, and staff. The staff were very helpful, kind and professional in caring for residents. The staff are great, friendly and respectful toward each family.
The aides are understaffed and overworked. The staff are underpaid. Many staff members are too busy talking with each other and taking cigarette breaks. Residents receive insufficient interaction from staff.
