The tour was nice, and the director was accommodating. The staff were great, and the facility was clean and well-kept. The chef was very good, and the hospitality made for a wonderful time. Residents feel safe there due to careful COVID precautions and vaccination. There are plenty of activities and amenities, including gardens, a gazebo, and a patio dining area. The grounds and rooms are welcoming, clean, and nicely located. The staff are accommodating, professional, and caring, contributing to a quiet ambiance and top-notch hospitality. The activity department is wonderful and offers outings to many events.
They have no availability during that time; they are full, and they have a waiting list. Bethany Village is beautiful but beauty is "skin deep." The facility is capable of caring for mobile residents only. They will attempt to care for residents in wheelchairs, but the facility is not laid out well; the first floor is uneven, making mobility difficult, and there are no handrails.
