Very rude receptionist came in to ask some questions and she had a huge attitude. BEWARE - PER THE FBI, ELDER FRAUD COSTS SENIORS BILLIONS EACH YEAR. The ownership/management at The Stafford took over 11 thousand dollars from my mother and refused to refund after reconsideration. It was very expensive and the rooms were very small. There are often issues with getting food to residents, leaving them hungry or unable to obtain meals. It felt like a hotel rather than a home; it was very dark and the residents weren't active in the community. This is definitely not a retirement community I would recommend to any family.
