The facility offers wonderful food and has a very nice atmosphere. The community features a courtyard, cookouts in nice weather, and an on-site hair salon for residents. The director is warm and goes out of their way to help families and residents. The facility is clean, well maintained, and odor-free. The staff know residents by name and are very attentive. Transportation for outings is provided, and residents enjoy excursions to new places. It is privately owned with high service and attention to detail. The memory care unit is small, enabling more staff per resident and more personalized care.
They suggested putting the father on hospice for financial gain and then dosed him with morphine he didn't need, leading to a rapid decline.
