The staff is always very friendly and makes you feel welcome. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. Chad was wonderful with my mother during her time there. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. The staff is super and extremely friendly; they help families adjust to major changes. Windsor is bright and has a beautiful home feel; well maintained and very clean. The people who work in the activity center are great and keep residents engaged. The staff is amazing in every department; caring, supportive and treats residents like family. Chad RN has gone above and beyond in the care of a resident's mother. The staff treats their patients like family. The facility is beautiful and everyone is very helpful and nice. The nursing staff and STNA staff are five-star in every aspect of their duties.
Staff is rude, care is poor. The staff are unprofessional and careless with residents' care, medication distribution, and HIPAA regulations. Painfully understaffed with a lot of turnover; employees are not aware of documented medical needs of patients and therefore put patients' lives at risk. Emails and phone calls to administration are never returned. The hallways smelled like urine. The agency workers don't know the needs of the residents. Unprofessional staff. They are not organized; the male receptionist is rude. This place is a joke.
