The staff is always very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Chad was wonderful with my mother during her time there. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. The staff is super and extremely friendly. Windsor is bright and has a beautiful home feeling. Well maintained, very clean, and they are always willing to go the extra mile for anyone. Nurses and aides work very hard and provide good care. The people who work in the activity center are great and lead good ways to keep the residents occupied. The rooms are very nice. Their staff is AMAZING in every department; caring, supportive and gives you care like you were their family.
The staff are rude and the care is poor. The staff are unprofessional and careless with residents' care, medication distribution, and HIPAA regulations. They would not recommend this place to anyone they love. The room smelled horrifically during visits. The hallways smelled like urine. The facility is painfully understaffed with high turnover, putting patients at risk due to unmet medical needs. Administration does not respond to emails or phone calls.
