There are many activities for residents to enjoy. The food is great and meals are available daily. The facility is extremely clean and feels like a resort. Residents are well taken care of by attentive staff. The director and memory care team are dedicated and supportive. Move-in assistance is thorough and helpful. The community is a loving, dignified place for seniors.
The dining area is a mess and has been in construction stasis for months with very little being done. Rude employees, especially Diana, are always angry and have attitudes for no reason. The administrator and Don are very rude and incredibly belittling to the staff. The facility is understaffed, with workers forced to do a lot with little to no breaks or help.
