The admissions director is very passionate and a great resource to patients and families. The building is beautiful. The staff are kind and professional, and the administration is effective. The administrator is fantastic. The inpatient rehab is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The therapy staff are superb and push patients to recovery (PT, OT, and SP). The facility is very clean, modern, and well-maintained with spacious, home-like rooms. Staff such as Erin the social worker and the Director of Nursing are amazing, with Danielle the day nurse being very helpful. The activities and therapy teams are kind and dedicated. It is described as one of the best long-term care facilities in the area, with attentive staff and caring therapists. The staff have been understanding and accommodating and communicate well with families. The care team is knowledgeable and dedicated.
