    Review

Over the course of a year, Heaven Sent Home Care became a steady and reassuring presence in my recovery from a spinal cord injury. As my needs shifted - from almost 24-hour oversight to only a few shifts each week - the team adapted with thoughtful planning and flexibility. The intake, led by Angela Rosa, stood out from the start. She took the necessary time to learn my routines, preferences, and care needs, which allowed her to recruit and assign caregivers who would not only perform the required tasks well but also mesh with my personality. This careful matching helped ensure a smoother, more comfortable care experience right from the beginning.

Throughout that year I worked with four different CNAs or PCAs, each of whom delivered excellent personal care, shopping and cooking assistance, housekeeping help, and driving to medical appointments. They were consistently experienced, skilled, dedicated, caring, and trustworthy. It's true that, as life changes required a more regular schedule or brought new family dynamics, I couldn't keep everyone, but Heaven Sent was always able to find another excellent, well-matched caregiver. My current caregiver has been with me for seven months and has become so integral to my daily life that she feels like part of the family, a testament to how well the agency aligns talent with needs and personalities.

A crucial test for any home care organization is how it handles a mismatch between caregiver and client. In my experience, Heaven Sent addressed such issues immediately and found a suitable substitute who better fit my needs. That quick, proactive response reassured me that the agency is committed to maintaining the right match for ongoing comfort and safety, rather than letting a problem linger.

Equally important is how Heaven Sent treats its own employees. The caregivers I've spoken with consistently described being well treated, fairly paid, and happy with their employer. That care for the people who do the daily work translates into better, more trustworthy care for clients. It's clear that the agency understands that employee well-being is a foundational part of delivering compassionate, high-quality service.

I want to call out Angela Rosa and Kat in particular for their roles in my care. Both have been excellent - caring, helpful, and professional in their approach. Their dedication has made a meaningful difference in my experience, and I'm grateful for the consistent support they've provided. The sense of reliability and warmth they bring has reinforced my confidence in Heaven Sent as a trusted partner in my care.

The broader chorus of feedback about Heaven Sent echoes these personal experiences. One reviewer described receiving "excellence, professionalism, and value," appreciating dynamic team members and the ability to provide care with joy, while also noting the agency's readiness to help at any time of day or night. Another positive voice called Heaven Sent the best homecare agency around, highlighting the staff as "super amazing" and very helpful with any questions or concerns. Taken together, these perspectives illustrate a culture of responsiveness, expertise, and genuine care that extends beyond individual shifts.

A particularly touching testament comes from the family of a client in hospice. Bernard Blais and his son Eddie Blais spoke of Heather, a Heaven Sent caregiver who stood by Bernard's side throughout the day. Eddie described Heather as deeply empathetic, a caregiver who left a lasting impression on his 96-and-a-half-year-old father. The client repeatedly expressed gratitude that Heather remained with him, calling her "heaven sent" and even an "angel." For them, Heather's presence was a blessing, underscoring the human impact of compassionate, consistent home care.

Overall, the story that emerges is one of excellence, professionalism, and value delivered by a team that truly cares for both clients and staff. Heaven Sent Home Care appears to cultivate a dynamic, understanding, and dependable family of caregivers who can adapt to changing needs while preserving dignity, comfort, and joy in the care they provide. For families seeking trustworthy, empathetic support across day, night, or transition periods, this agency seems to offer a compelling, heart-led option that many clients and their loved ones come to rely on.
