The staff and residents are fantastic. The apartment complex provides washers and dryers and vending machines; Section 8 housing is allowed. The residence is relaxed with mostly clean rooms. The manager is amazing. She is described as amazingly beautiful and talented.
It is not fit for humans to live there because of the meth smoking and drug use going on. The place is falling down and a wreck, with smoking allowed in every apartment, making it smell terrible. The asbestos ceilings are worrying and there are usually mechanical issues around. Healthcare workers don't want to go in there because of it.
