Review

We had the opportunity to tour a property on Tuesday, July 8th with Pam McDeid, the Manager. Our visit was quite informative, as Pam informed us that there was a one-bedroom apartment becoming available in September. However, we were taken aback by the expected rent of $1065 per month, with additional charges for pets. Despite this drawback, Pam did an excellent job explaining the leasing policy and highlighting the various amenities and features of the area.

One aspect that particularly stood out to us was the landlord's commitment to renovating the apartment before September. This renovation would effectively eliminate any lingering smoke smells, which was a relief to hear. Generally speaking, we found ourselves quite fond of both the apartment itself and the facility as a whole. The only major concern we had pertained to our daughter's home, which happened to be rather distant from this location. Sadly, it took us over 20 minutes just to drive there.

Overall, our experience during this tour left us with mixed feelings. On one hand, we appreciated Pam's thoroughness in explaining everything to us and showcasing all that this property had to offer. The leasing policy seemed fair and reasonable as well. Unfortunately for us though, the rental price exceeded our budget constraints.

Nevertheless, we cannot deny that this property left quite a positive impression on us in terms of its overall quality and potential comfortability. Furthermore, knowing that renovations were planned before our move-in date gave us hope that any existing issues would be promptly addressed.

It is important to mention that while the rent posed a challenge for us personally due to financial constraints; it may still be suitable for those who have more wiggle room in their budget.

Ultimately though, despite being impressed by the amenities and features offered by this apartment complex; it is crucial for prospective tenants to consider their own personal circumstances when evaluating whether or not this property is right for them. In our case specifically, the distance from our daughter's home was a major factor influencing our decision, as it would add significant commuting time to our daily routine.

In conclusion, we found the tour led by Pam McDeid to be informative and engaging. The available one-bedroom apartment had potential for becoming a comfortable living space. While the rent exceeded our budget and the commute to our daughter's home was longer than desired, we can't deny that this property had its merits. With renovations in the pipeline and wonderful amenities on offer, it is certainly worth considering for those who are able to accommodate its rental price and location.
