There were frequent events such as bingo, potlucks, card games, Friday happy hour, Friday night games, movies, and ice cream socials. The manager was wonderful and cared about the residents. The price was much better, and the apartments included washers and dryers and a balcony, which were important features.
The property allegedly violates tenants' rights and is horrible. Candles are prohibited on the premises. It requires tenants to disclose their entire medical history to obtain a service animal.
