Review

Clinton Commons is a month-to-month rental facility where the author's mother resides. Upon visiting her apartment, the author was pleased to find it spacious, clean, and overall quite nice. The residents at Clinton Commons are friendly enough, though it remains uncertain if the facility will fully meet the long-term needs of the author's mother. However, in its current state, it appears to be a pleasant place for her to live.

The apartment itself consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, a small dining area, and a full kitchen. It is an ideal size for one person and even accommodates her beloved cat. While there are various activities available at Clinton Commons, such as bingo and other social gatherings, the author's mother has yet to participate in any of them. Nevertheless, she has taken advantage of the on-site beauty salon.

One noteworthy feature of Clinton Commons is its outdoor area surrounding a serene pond. Accessible with a walker, the cement path allows residents to enjoy walks while interacting with others who also have pets out for strolls. Although uncovered, this space provides ample opportunity for outdoor exercise and fresh air.

The author has only interacted with one staff member so far - a friendly individual with a cleaning cart. Despite not requiring assistance during their encounter, it was apparent that help would readily be provided if needed.

Upon entering the building's front door at Clinton Commons, residents are greeted by a coffee service station offering hot water as well as regular and decaf coffee options throughout the day. Some individuals bring baked goods or cupcakes from local establishments to share with fellow residents. This communal area fosters conversations between neighbors enjoying their coffee together and adds to the already positive atmosphere of Clinton Commons.
