Brandy is very knowledgeable and very nice. The place itself is very nice. The facility is very reasonably priced. During tours, everyone working and living there seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves. The administrative staff are kind and informative. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Symphony Tri-Cities was amazing. The Symphony care team is amazing. Winter Village in Frankenmuth had a cool facility and the best activity calendar by far.
