In a recent tour of a potential assisted living facility, our family was met with warm and friendly staff members. They went out of their way to answer all of our questions and guide us through the premises. Unfortunately, despite the cordial atmosphere, we couldn't help but feel that the price tag attached to this establishment did not match what it had to offer. Regrettably, we came to the conclusion that this place would not be suitable for our beloved family member.

During our in-person tour, we were immediately struck by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They greeted us with genuine smiles and eagerly provided us with information about their services and amenities. It was evident that they genuinely cared about the well-being of their residents. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel comfortable and welcomed throughout the visit.
