Review

Located across the road from a beautiful park and river, this senior living facility is truly a gem. In our search for the perfect place for my aunt, we were immediately impressed by the thoughtful design of this establishment. All of the apartments are spacious, featuring separate bedrooms and handicapped bathrooms to cater to the unique needs of each resident.

One aspect that stood out during our visit was the friendliness and eagerness to help exhibited by the staff members. It was evident that they genuinely cared about the well-being and comfort of every individual living in their community. However, what truly took us by surprise was the stunning courtyard nestled in the heart of the building. With its cascading waterfall and serene koi pond, it provided a peaceful oasis for residents to relax and unwind.

Ultimately, we chose an apartment at the VNAs Lowell Street location for my aunt. We were pleased to find that it offered just as much as its counterpart across the road. The immediate availability of an apartment was a welcome relief, allowing my aunt to transition smoothly into her new home. One significant advantage of this particular location was having visiting nurses right on site. This meant they could closely monitor my aunt's health and provide any necessary physical therapy she required.

My aunt absolutely loved her time at this community until her peaceful passing. She found comfort in being surrounded by people who loved her while residing in such a welcoming environment. However, one minor drawback we noticed was that there isn't a dedicated bus service available at this location. Despite this small inconvenience, we found that everything else more than made up for it.

During our tour of the community, we were impressed by both its aesthetics and amenities. The staff members were incredibly helpful, ensuring all our questions were answered and providing us with valuable information about daily life at this facility. The appealing meals served here added another layer of quality to residents' experience.

All in all, we highly recommend families considering senior living options to visit this exceptional community. It surpasses expectations in terms of value and the level of care provided. With its thoughtful design, friendly staff, engaging activities, and overall warm atmosphere, it truly is a place where seniors can thrive and enjoy their golden years.
