• The staff love caring for the residents and go out of their way to make sure all residents are happy and enjoying their place at LEWIS MANOR ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY.

• They never called the ambulance to check on her.
• Overall, it’s a perfectly fine facility I guess, but it doesn’t meet my mother’s needs.
• They're not well equipped to handle someone with dementia.
