The CNAs and CMAs are among the best in the area, with Rosalinda the cook and Greg the dietary manager delivering wonderful meals. The new director is a breath of fresh air, an RN who takes extra time with families and keeps an open door. The resident care coordinator takes the time to get to know residents and cares about their well-being. Kelsie, the business office manager, is very helpful, wears many hats, and maintains a positive attitude. Raegan, the nursing director, is amazing and always available; the staff are welcoming and cheerful and host fun events. The facility feels wonderful, clean, and home-like, with management and staff receiving high praise.
