Prime Square is a very nice property. The new owners and management have finally done some nice updating to the complex. New floors in the community room and in the garage have been installed, and those spaces were cleaned and painted this month. The property has had power washing, restriping of all parking areas, and updated exterior paint. These improvements are well deserved and appreciated. The management is amazing. The place is great, peaceful, and clean.
The manager is very hard to reach. Nothing ever gets fixed; everything is 14 years old and worn out, with old carpet and old paint. The courtyard does not look like the picture at all. The garage is dirty and full of junk; the building is run-down.
