Brentwood has a very friendly and inclusive community. The staff at Brentwood are wonderful, and residents enjoy visitors and a good time. They are very receptive to new ideas for activities. Residents and staff are nice and friendly. Eastlake Terrace does a wonderful job; the staff are personable and know the residents and their families by name. The nursing staff are excellent and help residents become more independent and confident in their own care. Eastlake Terrace offers lots of activities in a nice, clean, and homey environment. The food at Eastlake Terrace is wonderful.
The food is a joke, and residents don't get proper nutrition because the facility can't hire a cook. They can't hire a cook who knows how not to burn food, drain grease, and cook vegetables and meat so they aren't as hard as rock. The meat served is so tough that chewing it becomes a chore. Prices have risen dramatically with no added care, making the place unaffordable for residents. Care services were misrepresented, and hospital-to-facility coordination was horrible, including being left in an ambulance for hours with no medicine or proper care.
