Review

The Gardens at Park Pointe is a beautiful facility that offers a warm and friendly atmosphere. As a former housekeeper, I thoroughly enjoyed working here and developed a genuine love for the residents. The staff members are helpful and always willing to lend a hand.

Out of the 11 communities that were looked at, The Gardens at Park Pointe stood out as the best one for memory care. The family was pleased with their decision to choose this community for their dad. One of the highlights of this place is the daily activities offered to the residents. There is also an eating area where family members can join and eat with their loved ones anytime they want. The dad has a private 2-room apartment which is nice and comfortable. With 60 units in total, including 8 two-room suites, there is ample space for everyone.

While the reviewer personally hasn't tried the food, it appears adequate in quality. Furthermore, they personally know the director in charge of activities who does an awesome job according to everyone's opinion. In terms of price, The Gardens at Park Pointe is on par with other communities they looked at, making it an affordable choice.

Some negative reviews on Google seem to be unjustified and bitter according to one reviewer. They respond directly to three individuals who gave the community a one-star rating for different reasons. It is clarified that Nikole is actually in charge of day-to-day operations and treats all residents with dignity and respect. The caring nature of staff members like Chris in activities, Bethany and Geoff in dietary, as well as C.N.A.s like Katie, Ally, and Kristen (among others), shines through their interactions with residents.

Another positive review praises the cleanliness and caring nature of The Gardens at Park Pointe's staff members. The apartments provided are described as perfect, offering safety and cleanliness to residents.

The personal experience shared by someone whose grandma was living at The Gardens at Park Pointe is also commendable. The grandma enjoyed activities like bingo and appreciated the great food served. The friendly and attentive staff made her feel comfortable, and the community's cleanliness and well-maintained grounds added to her positive experience. Despite the need for skilled nursing care due to a change in health, the family remains confident that she will continue receiving exceptional care.

Overall, The Gardens at Park Pointe receives high praise for its beautiful facility, caring staff members, variety of activities, cleanliness, and affordability. It is evident that this community provides a welcoming and comfortable environment for its residents while ensuring their needs are met with utmost care and respect.
