Patricia has been a blessing to my husband and me in more ways than one. She takes very good care of my husband and also helps me with the household chores, which has given us the freedom to step out without worry. I know she will keep him safe and happy, remind him to take his medications on time, and when I return home I will find him dressed and well-groomed. Our home stays tidy, the laundry is done, and the trash is removed - every detail managed with a steady, capable hand. Patricia embodies competence, kindness, caution, and generosity, and we could not ask for more from her.

It took a few tries to find the right person to help my mom, but then Hope came to be my mom's caregiver, and she proved to be an extraordinary blessing and an answer to prayers. Hope was wonderful and deeply caring, engaging with my mom as if they had known each other for years. She learned the foods my mom liked, cooked for her, and helped coax her to eat. She kept everything clean and orderly, and even when my mom could be difficult, Hope broke through with warmth and laughter. She cared for my mom as if she were part of her own family, and Hope genuinely became family to us. We are incredibly thankful to have had Hope with us during a very difficult time.

For my mother, services have spanned over three years, and the three main caregivers - Nell, Kemi, and Mary - have consistently gone above and beyond. They willingly added shifts to minimize the number of different caregivers my mom faced, which has provided her with much-needed consistency and comfort. They care for her as if she were their own family, and their warmth and genuine concern help ease my mind and bring me peace knowing she is so well taken care of. With none of our family living in Chicago, it has been wonderful having these three women watching over my mom, and their dedication has been a true source of relief.
