The facility is great. The dorms are better than Turner and feel like tiny apartments. There are two decent food options right outside the door. It is convenient for students with Monty Hall classes to walk over. The dorms have good security. The dorms are very nice.
The dorms are far from other better parts of campus and located in a very sketchy part of town. The entire place is very jail cell-like and not incredibly welcoming. It is in a very bad area of town. Everything here is gray and always dirty. Ants appear in the dorms in the fall and spring. A resident's daughter spent a year there and was afraid to walk anywhere.
