Tree Lane Village Mobile Home Park is a great community to live in, with peaceful neighbors and wonderful staff. The remolded trailers look good and are nicely redone. Residents absolutely love this place and appreciate its convenience near downtown, parks, and shops. Patti, the park manager, is praised as the best - very friendly, helpful, and on top of things. The park is nice, quiet, and close to shopping, restaurants, and schools. The community has friendly, helpful neighbors who look out for one another. Rents are reasonable, and maintenance staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The area feels safe with low crime and a neighborhood watch. The location is very nice across from the ocean, with a clean and pleasant environment.
The management is two faced. Patti actually stole from them. They are wham bam fixer uppers. The landlord is a dictator. She is threatening to tow cars that are registered, insured and legal. The deposit was not returned and the manager retaliated by claiming the tenant owed money for blinds and a door that were supposedly broken. The park was consumed with roaches.
