The Collier at Naples is a wonderful place. The staff at The Collier are wonderful and caring, treating residents like family. The new Activities Director, Jessica, is high-energy, fun-loving, and fully committed to residents' happiness. Traci Lynn Wood, the Executive Director, is absolutely amazing. The medical and nursing staff are second to none. The amenities are great, the staff are kind and knowledgeable, and the food is fantastic.
He was undressed in the hall, sitting in his own waste. The Director combed his hair right after she combed someone else's hair - horrible. He was covered with bruises from the staff grabbing him, and he had four falls that resulted in ambulance rides that year. He had a saturated diaper on that was falling off to his knees. An updated POA gave his sister the right to sell his condo in Naples with all of his belongings, which was described as a huge liability. The experience with the Collier was very mediocre, and the management staff was very unhelpful. After his mother's passing, many belongings were missing, including a suitcase and other items; maintenance coordination was poor and there was a charge of $6,000 a month for care.
