The place is nice. The sales staff is great, and the model is beautiful with great amenities. The community is peaceful, quiet, and friendly. The staff is friendly. The homes are very nice. Benchmark builders use good quality materials and allow interior customization. No two houses are cookie cutters; interiors can be customized. Neighbors are friendly, and the office staff (Nancy and Lawon) are great. The location is great, close to stores and activities, with nicely priced homes and low taxes/HOA.
They built their house, but they are not happy with them at all. They say not to bother because the standard is Formica and linoleum, and 400K for what?
