The homes are very nice. Benchmark builders use good quality materials. She was able to customize the interior exactly the way she wanted. The location is great, close to stores and things to do. It is nicely priced with low property taxes and HOA fees. No more shoveling snow or cutting lawn. It is a great 55+ community.
