Johanna Payan is a truly exceptional communicator, always quick to respond, with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach that are invaluable to the building. She made the Highland Park Ave 44 building a wonderful place to live. The new Koreatown management is much better than the last. The building is secure and visually appealing. The staff are very professional. A resident has loved living at one of the complexes for about a year, enjoying DTLA views, a balcony, reasonable rent, and clear communication about service. The properties are easily accessible with ample street parking.
