The staff are super friendly and very helpful. This is the best skilled nursing facility, with amazing staff and patients. The staff seem to genuinely care about their patients and their wellbeing. The facility is beautiful, clean, and spacious, with a welcoming and kind staff who care about residents. All the nursing staff are absolutely wonderful and treat patients like family, especially Nurse Martha. The staff were professional, helpful, and informative, and the facility was clean and well equipped. The physical therapy team provides great service. Front lobby staff are professional and friendly, making a positive difference. The staff go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. The holiday atmosphere shows the staff and management are festive and make residents feel at home.
The food there is horrible; some of the staff are not compassionate; the rooms need a complete overhaul. The reviewer would not come back. The reviewer believes the facility abused their father.
