The facility looks very nice from the outside. The staff are very nice and caring. The care provided is great and the staff are dedicated and hardworking. The building is awesome and well-maintained. Ms. Irene (CNA) is hands down the best CNA that has cared for a family member. The CNAs take great pride in keeping patients well groomed and clean with frequent checks. Jazdeep and Livingson are helpful, upbeat, attentive, and professional in nursing care. Since being at Greenridge, the care has been excellent.
The food was HORRIBLE and inedible. There was broken glass on the patio that had remained for some time despite being reported. The resident fell out of bed multiple times. The call bell was not installed promptly, and staff had to be reminded to add one. The staff at times fed the resident foods he should not have, causing severe cramping and dehydration. A nurse left medication on a table and did not ensure it was taken. On weekends, security was non-existent and there was little greeting or sign-in.
